SP1081F
The SP1081F is a synchronous buck Regulator withoutput current to 3.÷1A.It is designed to allow for operatinga wide supply voltage range from 5V to ≤30V. The internalcompensation requires a minimum number of readilyavailable standard extern∑al components.The SP1081F operates in the CC(Constant outputCurrentδ) mode or CV(Constant output Voltage) mode, andthe OCP current v€alue is set by current sensing powerresisters or setting non power φresisters.The SP1081F is suitablefor the DC/DC switching powerapplications wh≠en requested the current limit function.The devices are available in SOP-8L pac♦kage and requirevery few external devices for operation.
