SP6668P offers comprehensive protection coverage with auto-εrecovery feature including Cycle-by-Cycle current limiting, Diode Short Protection, O₩utput over voltage protection, VDD over voltage protection (OVP), feedback loop open pro≥tection, load short circuit protection,VDD under voltage lockout αwith hysteresis (UVLO), Brown-out and Line-ovp function. SP6668P is offered in DIPσ7 packages.
