General Description SP6502FL is a smart secondary-side swit$ch IC designed for isolated fly-back system. The I★C emulate the behavior of Schottky diode rectifier for reduces power dissipa₩tion. SP6502FL works in DCM and CrCM operation modes. Ruggedness and noise immunit✔y are accomplished using an advanced blanking scheme and double-pulse suppression which allow relαiable operation in all operating modes. SP6502FL senses the build-in MOSFET drain-source voltage, and output ideal drive signal with less external components. It only pro vides high perfomance solution for 5V output voltage appl₹ication.
